Ian passed away peacefully, after an extended period of ill health, at Balllifeary House Residential Care Home, Inverness on Sunday 24th November 2024, aged 88 years.

Beloved husband of Joan, loved dad of Neil and Hugh, father-in-law of Jackie and Linley, proud grandad of Finlay, Eilidh, Cara, Ruaridh and Maia, great grandad of Oliver, loyal brother, uncle, cousin and a good friend to many.

Special thanks to the staff at Ballifeary House Residential Care Home and Ward 4A Raigmore Hospital for all the care given to Ian.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at Fortrose Free Church on Friday 6th December 2024, commencing at 12.45 p.m.

No flowers please, but a donation, if desired, can be made at the service to Ballifeary House Residential Care Home, Inverness.
