It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of our close friend, and old archery buddy, Harry Jakob at Raigmore Hospital on Wednesday 20th November 2024, aged 89 years.

Harry was a long-term member of Inverness Field Archery Club and the Scottish Field Archery Association and shot IFAA Field Archery competitions for many years.  During his archery career he succeeded in winning several World, European, UK and Scottish gold medals.  Regrettably he had to give up archery due to failing eyesight, but still kept in touch with a good few members of the Inverness Club and SFAA clubs throughout Scotland.

Funeral service to be held at Inverness Crematorium on Friday, 6th December 2024, commencing at 12 noon. All friends respectfully invited.
