Your professionalism and helpfulness is second to none and it helped to make such a horrific time somewhat bearable. It is comforting to know that we have such a highly dedicated and respectful team in our local area supporting those going through such a painful ordeal.
I wanted you to know how much I appreciated the wonderful way you and all your colleagues dealt with every aspect of the funeral. I am so grateful for the sensitivity and care which made a difficult time so much easier to bear.
