It is with heavy hearts that we announce, following an RTC on Tuesday 5th March 2024, Roy Bannerman passed away, peacefully following a bravely fought battle, 3 days later on Friday 8th March, with family by his side at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Glasgow, aged 60 years.

Roy was a cherished husband and soul mate of Shirley (nee Campbell), loving dad and best friend of Sophie and Sarah, loving stepdad and best friend of Brady, much loved son of the late Bert and Joyce, much loved cousin of Elma and also his close and extended family, respected Skydiver and friend to so many. He will be sorely missed by all.

 A celebration of Roy’s life will be held at Inverness Crematorium on Friday 22nd March commencing at 12.30pm, all friends respectfully invited. Following the service at the crematorium, you are warmly invited to join the family for refreshments at The Lochardil House, Inverness, IV2 4LF.
