Joan Macleod (nee Bain) of Roderick Court, Dornoch formerly Balloan, passed away peacefully at Migdale Hospital, Bonar Bridge on Tuesday 5th December 2023, aged 95 years.

Beloved wife of the late John, devoted mum of Andrew and Fergus, mother-in-law of Diane and Mary, doting “Granny Dornoch” of Duncan, Neil, Victoria, Leila, Lucy and Vanessa and a much loved sister and aunt, she will be sadly missed by all.

A celebration of Joan’s life will be held at Dornoch Cathedral on Wednesday 13th December 2023, commencing at 12noon, thereafter to Proncynain Cemetery, all friends respectfully invited.

Family flowers only, but a donation, if desired, can be made at the service for The Kylesku Ward, Migdale Hospital, Bonar Bridge.
