Val passed away peacefully in Ward 7A, Raigmore Hospital, following a short illness which was bourne with immense dignity, on Wednesday 17th July 2024, aged 79 years.
Beloved wife of the late Alex MacIver. Mum to Jen, Cai and Don. Gran to Aidan, Niamh and Ollie and a very dear sister. Friend and advocate for many throughout the Highlands and Islands.

All friends & colleagues past and present are invited to a memorial service celebrating her life at St Andrews Cathedral, Inverness on Thursday 8th August, commencing at 12.30pm
