Derek passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at Raigmore Hospital on Monday 28th October 2024, aged 80 years.

Beloved husband of Zena, loving dad of James and Andrew, loved father-in-law, granda, brother, uncle, cousin and a good friend to many.

A celebration of Derek’s life will be held at Alness Church of Scotland (Perrins Road) on Tuesday 5th November 2024, commencing at 11 a.m., thereafter to Rosskeen Cemetery. All family and friends respectfully invited.
